Payment must be completed in full before account access is granted.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of purchased accounts complies with all applicable platform policies, laws, and regulations.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any accounts transferred to you.

6. No Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. GMS does not guarantee the continued availability or performance of any transferred accounts beyond the point of sale.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
